Please note that for Refunds of Successful transactions to Bank accounts is Subject to ID verification; for risk control, you will need to provide your BVN {BANK VERIFICATION NUMBER} and also a valid ID such as NIN {National Identity Number}.Please note that we do not store your ID information. Your ID will only be used for verification. This is to ensure that we comply to CBN guidelines. Please note processing of Refunds takes from 10-14 days and Refund charges may apply.
For Airtime to cash transactions, Cash will be Deposited into your wallet which can be withdrawn instantly to your bank accounts. Please note; We do not accept Fraudulent/Stolen/unautorised Airtime Transactions. If you didn't do KYC verifications upon Signup , you might be required to do so. Maximum Airtime conversions Daily is #50,000
